3.1 Service Description

Still Framework provides professional makeup and visagiste services as described on our website. We strive to accurately represent our services, but we do not warrant that service descriptions or other content on the site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

3.2 Booking and Appointments

By booking our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information for the booking
• Arrive on time for your appointment
• Provide at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment
• Pay any applicable cancellation fees if you cancel with less than the required notice

3.3 Payment Terms

Payment terms for our services are as follows:

• For standard services, full payment is due at the time of service
• For bridal services and special events, a non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure the booking, with the balance due on the day of service
• For group bookings and large events, custom payment schedules may apply

3.4 Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are non-refundable but are transferable. Gift certificates expire 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified.

4. Client Responsibilities

4.1 Health Information

You agree to disclose any relevant health information, including allergies, skin conditions, or sensitivities that might affect our services. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe that providing our services might pose a health risk to you.

4.2 Punctuality

We kindly request that you arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in shortened service time to accommodate other scheduled clients. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and cancellation fees may apply.

4.3 Behavior

We expect all clients to behave respectfully toward our staff and other clients. Abusive, discriminatory, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Still Framework shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use our services
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our website
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our website by any third party

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages, losses, or causes of action exceed the amount you have paid to Still Framework in the last six (6) months, or fifty pounds (£50), whichever is greater.

The Still Framework website and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Still Framework and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

• Modifying or copying the materials
• Using the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempting to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the website

6.3 User Content

6.4 Before and After Images

We may request to take before and after photographs of our makeup applications for our portfolio. These will only be used with your explicit consent, which you may withdraw at any time by contacting us.
